Market penjualan adalah rumah sakit pemerintah, maupun swasta, dan sarana kesehatan lainya. Untuk mendukun kegiatan tersebut PT. Mitra Inti Medika telah memiliki kelengkapan dokumen tender seperti SIUP, NPWP, TDP, Domisili, PAK, KADIN, GAKESLAB, AKTE NOTARIS dan kelengkapan dokumen lainnya.

Dalam hal jasa pelayanan PT. Mitra Inti Medika melayani after sales service, jasa perbaikan alat kesehatan, kontrak service & maintenance, jasa kalibrasi skala kecil untuk verifikasi hasil pengukuran.
